I always clean as i work ,so when im done i leave the place better than I found it.
Why hire a contractor?
My grandmother recently hired a handyman. She was having trouble with a washing machine, and was having trouble finding help. She asked around and found a someone. After explaining the issue the man said he could repair it for $50 but would need a ride there and back as he was having car troubles. She agreed. When she picked him up he only had a screwdriver tucked in his belt loop. No other tools but assured her he can fix it so they drove home. To her surprise, fixed the problem good as new. So she gave him the money and took him back to town. When he got out of her vehicle, his screwdriver had worn a hole deep into the seat cushion destroying the heating element. He said sorry... but refused to pay for damages.
